The Nappanee Police Department has a 911 Communications Center. The 911 center is comprised of the Supervisor Tod Schmucker, and Five Full time and two part time dispatchers. The dispatch center covers approximately 250 Sq. miles of emergency response dispatching. Our dispatchers are IDACS, NCIC trained and are certified in Emergency Medical Dispatch. The Nappanee Police Department also has a full-time secretary.
